You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know.


How to Cancel


1. Go to "Billing" in your dashboard

2. Click "Manage Billing"

3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

4. Confirm cancellation

5. You'll receive a confirmation email


What Happens When You Cancel


Immediate Effects

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
  • You retain full access to all features
  • No immediate changes to your account

  • After Billing Period Ends

  • Account downgrades to Free plan
  • Sites and pixels remain active
  • Historical data is preserved
  • You can reactivate anytime

  • Data Retention


  • **Sites**: All sites remain active
  • **Pixels**: All pixels remain configured
  • **Analytics**: Historical data is preserved for 90 days
  • **Account**: Account remains active

  • Reactivating


    To reactivate your subscription:

    1. Go to "Billing"

    2. Click "Upgrade Now"

    3. Select your plan

    4. Complete checkout


    Refunds


  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
  • Contact support for refund requests
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
